Creditcard payment is constantly failing.

Hi All, I am new here and from India, currently trying to make a purchase of macbook air M5 from apple india site through credit card EMI and it is constantly giving me error after I put the OTP received from bank "Your payment authorisation failed on card ****87. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method."

Balance is sufficient and all the domestic and international transactions are enabled and limits are set correctly. can anyone please help here what is wrong? this is ridiculous!!
