Do not install garbage apps on your Mac.
Uninstall this "CleanMyMac_5" it is as close as you can get to malware....
Look for some official uninstaller—
if in doubt search the developers website or contact their:
Support/Help/FAQ/Known issues/compatibility/updates/uninstall…
Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus
all known to cause issues on the macOS
After it is removed compare your results.
Thanks for your help.
I am not a big MAC user so I do not know the best uninstall method to get everything deleted.
What is a good "uninstaller" or should I just do a system factory reset?
So the issue is definitely a software one?
Thanks

Oh no. It's a hardware problem.
Sorry about the buggy forum software. EtreCheck reports and any other text attachments aren't useable right now.
I understand the CleanMyMac has a poor reputation here in the forums. But it isn't the cause of your kernel panics. This is just a problem endemic to those old Intel computers.
I recommend getting a new Apple Silicon computer.
What proves it is a hardware problem?
Watchdog timers are set when you expect to hear back from a task, but you can not just sit and wait for a response. When you hear back, the watchdog timer will be set again, for a more distant time.
in your case, the watchdog time did not hear back from WindowServer for 120 seconds, when 0.5 seconds would be more typical. This is likely an indication that the graphics subsystem is faulty.
so it is hardware because?
I had a few of those Watchdog Panic's on my 2018 Mac mini running dual displays a couple of times a month after updating to Sequoia 15.5.
What I noticed was that after a couple of weeks of up time, the WindowServer Memory (RAM) in Activity Monitor had grown to more than the physical Memory (RAM) and then the WindowServer would Panic.
The way I prevented the WindowServer from Panic'ing again, was to restart the Mac before the WindowServer Memory (RAM) usage became critical.
For my Mac mini with more Memory (RAM) than your MacBook Pro, Restarting every two weeks eliminated the WindowServer Panic's. With less Memory (RAM) you may need to Restart the MacBook Pro at least once a week.
As for the Hardware or Software....? That is hard to prove, because it only happening to me after updating to macOS 15.7.5 and then seems to have stopped after updating to 15.7.7.
With that said, my advise is to update to 15.7.7 and restart your MacBook Pro at least once a week.
