Logic Pro for iPad no longer available standalone?

To get Logic Pro I must subscribe to the whole Creator Studio bundle when I don't want those other apps?

Yes, I believe that's the case. I previously signed up for the $5/mo subscription for Logic Pro for iPad and, so far, that appears to continue working as a 'grandfathered' exception.

I'm worried that if my credit card stops working for a month I might be forced to purchase the Creator Studio bundle, even though I already own Logic Pro for desktop.

FWIW, $129/year is a great price for Creator Studio, as long as you're not re-paying for products you already own. This comes from the perspective of someone who has purchased and re-purchased 10+ major versions of Logic Pro since 1994, including time periods when the 'platinum' version cost around $1,000 per major release. 😳
