In-app purchase error for Clash of Clans on iPad

I have money in the App Store, but when I go to the game that I play it won’t let me buy a pass in that game Clash of Clans and it says there is a error occurrence iPlayer on an iPad

Here are 4 possible reasons:

  • Your account has been disabled for App Store purchases. Review the information provided here for reactivation if that is the case.

If a message says 'Your Media & Purchases account has been disabled' - Apple Support

  • Some purchases will require you to have a card on file, even when there are funds available in your Apple Account. The card would not be charged as long as there are enough funds in the apple account and use of the account has not been restricted.

"Some purchases might require that you have a credit card on file, even if you use your Apple Account balance to make the purchase."

What you can buy with your Apple Gift Card or Apple Account balance - Apple Support

  • You may have had a problem with a different recent purchase. View your Purchase History and any transaction in Red or showing as Pending has not completed yet and may be preventing future purchases.

View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support

  • Use of a VPN may be blocking access to Apple Servers for processing the transaction. Simply turning them off may not resolve the problem and you would have to uninstall to test.

If your device has network connectivity issues, check for VPN and other third-party security software - Apple Support
