My IPhone 15 contrast just randomly turned to max, I’ve done everything even reset my settings and nothings working. I got it wet a little while ago so maybe it’s that but I really don’t know. It’s also started overheating badly.

Water and electronics are mortal enemies. The fact you got your phone wet, means you need to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and very likely replacement. Liquid damage cannot be fixed, nor will Apple agree to service a phone which has been exposed to water. Be prepared to purchase a new phone. What you can't expect is anyone here to have a magic wand which can solve your issues on a phone which got wet.
