Depending on how I interpret your request, you are on a fundamentally bad path.
Allowing others access into your Apple Account means notifications will get routed there including those used for two-factor authentication, subscriptions can be deleted, new purchases billed, mail and messages and photos can be rummaged and can be permanently deleted, app and system settings and backgrounds tweaked, your saved passwords accessible, and myriad other issues you will absolutely learn about as your environment is incrementally corrupted.
And login passwords shared are seldom changed and too often known more widely than preferable.
Short version: Create a Family Sharing group, create an Apple Account, and lock that account down and particularly including enabling purchase restrictions, and create a new Mac login.
