Hello, I have an Apple Watch SE 3. Sometimes the brightness goes so dim that it's not visible at all, and brightness settings do not fix this. Restarts do work, but restarting every time is not permanent at all, and I feel there could be a better solution to this. During this issue, the brightness is dimmer than the lowest setting and as said before the brightness settings being tweaked do not fix this.

Do you have a display protection attached to your display?
To rule out a software issue, try to erase the watch and pair it again, setting it up as a new device, without using the latest backup.
Then check the brightness of the display again.
If this does not solve the issue, you should contact the official Apple Support, they can diagnose your watch online to find out, if this is hardware related.
