Cookies are added by websites, so you would go to the browser you use and remove the Website Data there. For Safari, go to Settings > Apps > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.

For caches, iOS automatically manages the data there. If you have an app that is not performing correctly you can delete the app and redownload again from the App Store. This will delete all data associated with the app including any Cache Data.

For system caches, you can perform a Force Restart that will do basic housekeeping including clearing some cache files.

  • Press and quickly release Volume Up
  • Press and quickly release Volume Down
  • Press and HOLD Side button until the Apple logo appears. This could take up to 15 seconds while holding the side button before you will see the Apple logo and you have to ignore anything else on the screen including the prompt to Slide to Power Off. If you do not see it, try again as it may take a couple of attempts to get the speed and sequence correct.

Besides all that, if you are experiencing some problem with your phone, describe what that is. Cache data corruption is rare,
