iOS app stuck in 'Waiting for Review' for 30 days

I’m posting here to seek guidance regarding our app submission, which has remained in the “Waiting for Review” state for the past 30 days without any updates.

Our iOS app was submitted on April 17, 2026, and since then there has been no visible progress in the review process. This application is extremely important to our business operations, and the prolonged delay is beginning to seriously impact our plans and timelines.

Over the past few weeks, we have contacted Developer Support multiple times in an effort to understand the situation or receive assistance. However, the responses provided have been largely generic and have not offered any meaningful clarification, estimated timeline, or actionable next steps. We fully understand that app reviews can occasionally take longer than expected, but a full month without movement or communication is becoming very concerning, particularly since this developer account has successfully published apps in the past without complications.
