AppleTV App Store is Busted!

We are attempting to download a free app - Pluto, via the App Store on the AppleTV. I am logged in, verified just to be sure. When I click on “Get” a pop-up opens that is grey and shows the app icon and 2 buttons - Get and Cancel. Neither button can be selected. I have tried force closing the app and reopening, updating the AppleTV and restarting it.

How do I make this stop so I can add the App?
