Mac Mini M4 automatically turns on when power is connected

Auto turning on of mac mini m4 on giving power.

So i have a mac mini m4, i recently updated to Sequoia 15.7.7

I see that whenever i plug in my mac's power socket into the wall, the moment i plug it in it turns on automatically.

I tried to do many things like discharging it, removing all plugged in devices and only keeping power cable,

Tried changing the sockets on my wall, Giving it time to discharge the capacitors.

I even checked that the "start up automatically after a power failure" is also turned off.

Since I don't want to keep my mac on the Sleep mode so please suggest me a solution.
