MacBook Air M1 not connecting external USB-C hub

I can't connect any external devices on my macbook air M1, i tried to connect the external usb type c hub, and there's shown nothing.

Reboot the computer and try again.

What types of external devices are you trying to connect?


• Try connecting to the other port(s) on your Mac.

• Try using a different USB cable to the Mac.

There are some odd USB cables that deliver power only and no data.

• Try connecting any of those external devices directly to the computer and not thru the hub. Use a USB-A to USB-C plug adapter if you need to.
