Certain apps not opening/loading

I have a few apps on my iPhone 15 Pro Plus that are not opening (ADP, Venmo, etc). Just updated to IOS 26.5 and had these problems since at least the last version before this update. I have tried soft app resets with the close swipe action, deleting and reinstalling the apps, IOS updates (not even at half storage capacity on my phone so shouldn’t be a storage problem), shut down my phone, and force restarting my phone. Nothing wrong with my WiFi network or data as other apps load.

For Venmo, the app just stays on their main screen loading screen and never loads in. ADP does the same, but then crashes after around 10 seconds.

Anyone have any advice or similar experience? Any help appreciated!
