Toggle Apple Intelligence for external SSD boot

Please give us a switch in settings to turn Apple intelligents off and on when booking from an external SSD.in Ver 27. Let us decide if we want it don’t just take it from us when we boot from external SSD. Lots of us need a bigger hard drive. Let it be our choice.
