iOS 26.4.2 Do Not Disturb turning on constantly by itself and affecting other devices.

Do Not Disturb auto turning on across devices as well as turning on without prompting. I see that this is a reoccurring issue with Apple devices, although I myself have never been affected before. I am having do not disturb auto turn on all the time, despite turning it off and not having a schedule set up or any other auto settings. I can legit reproduce the issue by turning off do not disturb, completely power down my phone, waiting and turning it back on again and it goes right back into do not disturb mode. If I turn off do not disturb mode, it will randomly turn itself on again during the day and I don’t even realize it’s going on. I looked down at my Apple watch and I saw there was a moon and I thought what the heck is going on. This has been going on since the last update and watch update.

TLDR- Do not disturb mode turns itself on randomly without prompting and when it turns on, it does so across my devices. There are no settings or schedules set up to prompt this to happen.
