My new replacement iPad randomly restarting

I recently, around 3 days ago, got a replacement iPad due to my old one being damaged, and now the new iPad I received would randomly start restarting out of nowhere, I’ve tried a hard reboot 3 times and nothing has changed. My previous ipad didn’t have this issue? I checked the battery health and it’s normal. What could be causing this. Is it just adapting because it’s so new? I’d love your help!
