Make apps disappear from Dock after closing
How do I make so that when I close an app it disappears from my dock? Thanks

Go to > System Settings > Desktop & Dock, and shut off the toggle that says "Show suggested and recent apps in Dock".

This removes the section on the right side of the Dock that is dedicated to the Recently Opened apps.
