How do I fix an episode that won't play on Apple TV through Roku?

I have Apple TV through my Roku channel and there is one episode on this show that will not play. All the other episodes will play. I’ve tried doing everything that the Internet said such as restarting my Roku, however I cannot reinstall the Apple TV because there is not a tab that allows me to, it only says manage subscription. What do I do for this episode to Play? The message says that it is not available or it has expired.
