Calendar Invite shows old information

I create an appt in Calendar.

I go to Invite and add my work email.

However, the info displayed is old data (Job Title, Department, Company) from my Contact, which I updated a few years ago.

When I do an Invite on my Calendar on iPhone, the data is current & correct.

Using Outlook on Windows (at work), it remembers previously use email when typing in the invite field but it's simply to click to delete these and search for the correct address.

How do I get it to display my correct info?
