Family Sharing iCloud calendar not visible on iPad

Hi, I have family sharing set up in my iCloud account and we are trying to use an old iPad as a family organiser/calendar so we can all see out comings and goings. Unfortunately we cannot see each other’s calendars via that. So I have set up a separate calendar and invited all in the group, they have accepted but still nothing. All updates on all devices done, specific calendar is ticked on all our devices. Used the how to support to work around the fault but nothing. Any ideas?
