iPad Pro 11-inch screen: 2020 compatible with M1 2021?
please i want to know if i can use the screen of an ipad pro 11 2020 on my ipad pro 11 M1 2021 since they are the same
Apple has not published self-repair documentation for your older models of iPad Pro 11" - and as such there is no published parts listing for either of your two iPad models. Apple's available self-repair and parts resources can be found here:

While iPad models may appear similar, they may use different components. As for the screen, they are individually calibrated to the iPad - requiring their own unique parameter files to be installed during the repair process. Performed correctly, screen repair is not simply a component swap.
If repair is required, you would be best advised to entrust this exercise to the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store, or an Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP). Alternatively you might consider using Apple's mail-in repair service.
