Pedometer++ app is zoomed in on Apple Watch after update

pedometer++ is showing up zoomed in on my iwatch since last update. I have checked all accessibility settings, restarted and it is the same. Any ideas?

Did you try to zoom out by doubletapping the display with two fingers when using the app?

Looks like is not that the watch face that is zoomed in but its just a redesign of the app where instead of the full ring, it shows progress along an arc ...making it seem that the previous watch face was zoomed in. I also got confused but it works fine as before.
