Yes. If you deleted the Apple TV app from your Apple Vision Pro, you should be able to reinstall it from the App Store.
Open the App Store on your Vision Pro and search for Apple TV. If it appears, select the redownload button.
If you do not see it in search, open the App Store, tap your photo or My Account button, then tap Purchased. Choose Apple Vision or iPhone & iPad, find Apple TV, and redownload it.
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account and that your Vision Pro is connected to the internet.
