archive iPhone backups not working
This used to work fine but not for the last two weeks. I just updated to Tahoe. Night that have something to do with it?
As a temporary measure I am manually renaming the file to preserve it b ut that is a pain.

How to create Multiple Backups for the same device using Backup Archiving.
I'm way ahead of you. I've been archiving backups for years. I archive the current week and the end of the previous three months. The problem is that now clicking archive doesn't work. I have to access the backup in finder and add a date to the name. Unfortunately, this doesn't show in Manage Backups but subsequent backups won't erase it.
I'm trying to find out why archiving isn't working and how I can fix it.
