Apple TV 4K: Optimum app DVR-1100 error for PBS recordings

I'm using the Optimum TV app on my Apple TV 4K. I can view every channel offered in my subscription with Optimum. However when I try to view programs in the DVR listings from a certain channel, I receive fault code DVR-1100.

This happens only on recordings from that channel which is a PBS station (NJ-PBS). Buffering starts about 8 seconds after the beginning of the recording, and the fault window appears a few seconds later. Recordings from every other channel play perfectly.

There is another PBS channel in my subscription with Optimum, (WNET 13), and DVR recordings from that channel play perfectly.

Might anyone have thoughts on this?
