Apple ID and phone number blacklisted as spam — no notice, no appeal. Has anyone resolved this?

20-year Apple customer. iMessage and FaceTime were disabled on my Apple ID and number, designated as spam, with no warning and no appeal path. Multiple AppleCare and senior advisors have confirmed it can’t be reviewed at their level and that my only option is to abandon a number I’ve had for two decades or settle on SMS.

Already done: Executive Relations appeal, FCC complaint, Louisiana AG complaint, certified letter to Apple Legal.

Looking for:

1. Anyone who had a Trust & Safety designation actually reversed — what worked?

2. Any internal Apple team beyond AppleCare with authority to review these?

Not looking for “call AppleCare again.” Looking for tactics that actually got results or honest accounts from people who tried everything. I’m all about preventing spam but apple putting legitimate people & customers through this who are not causing actual issues is a joke and not at all fixing their actual spam problem. Additionally, the customer service has been absolutely terrible and has me questioning my 20 years of Apple purchases and loyalty.

Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out. 😉

There’s no public method to reverse an Apple Account or phone number blacklist once Apple permanently flags it.

Executive Relations and Apple Legal are the only escalation paths, and if they’ve confirmed the decision is final, the practical solution is to create a new Apple Account and phone number.

Filing regulatory complaints can document your case, but Apple rarely overturns those decisions.

Good Luck! 👋🏼😉
