iPhone Home Sharing not displaying complete iTunes library

Home sharing help? I recently had to reinstall Windows 10 via "reset," which keeps all files but deletes apps, including itunes. Since then, I have reinstalled itunes, and successfully reconnected to my extensive itunes library on an external drive. Everything works fine, and I'm able to connect remotely and stream music through my Apple TV per usual via home sharing.

The problem is home sharing on my iPhone is suddenly not functioning properly. I'm able to connect to the library remotely, but it only lists through the end of artists ending in "B." It also allows me to stream from "most recently played" music, so it's clearly connecting to the remote itunes library; just not completely -- as it did flawlessly for years with this phone and the same external library setup I've now replicated.

I've gone through all the typical troubleshooting suggestions, to no avail.

Any ideas most appreciated!

Just an update on this... I spent many hours across many sessions with a very patient and helpful support rep. We tried every conceivable diagnostic and ruled out many things, including trying to connect through my new Windows 11 laptop (typically use my Windows 10 desktop for this), and same issue. In the end, I was told that the engineers are aware of this problem for some users, and would hopefully find a solution, and I should be diligent about updating devices. I have done that. To this point, they have not, nor have I heard back from my rep.
