Unable to toggle Safari iOS extensions on iPhone 15 Pro Max

I am unable to toggle any Safari iOS extensions that I install. They are stuck in whatever position they install as, and I cannot modify them. This means in most cases that I can’t use the extension because I can’t enable it.

The toggles are greyed out permanently like this:

Same thing in Safari settings:

I have done extensive research on this issue and have tried everything I could find. This includes disabling all restrictions, restarting my phone, and even doing a full reset of my iPhone settings. Nothing has worked. I’d love to find a solution to this so that I can actually use browser extensions in safari.

I am using an iPhone 15 pro max on the latest iOS (at the time of writing this) version 26.5

As I have already shown in my original post, getting to the page where you can toggle “allow extension” is impossible. And I have already tried disabling restrictions many times to no avail.

I’m trying to make it as clear as I can that I have *already tried these things you are suggesting*.

Please be sure you have read my original post in its entirety before making suggestions. If there’s any further information you need, let me know.
