Hello,
I'm unable to unlock my MacBook Pro. Here's what I've tried:
• Booted with Command+R
• Used the reset options
In both cases the Mac only shows the password screen and won't proceed. This has been going on for nearly 12 hours now.
Could you please advise the next steps to either bypass this or perform a full reset?
