new IPHone 17pro IMESSAGE WILL NOT ACTIVATE AND REMAIN ACTIVATED

i had trouble with imessage de activating on its own. ATT said i needed a new apple phone.

Bought this one, iMESSAGE still deactivating on its own

Have used ATT support, Apple Support
