when my son first got his phone i set it up as an adult, he's 13 (Age since changed) but he still can't download apps, its still asking for him to verify his card, his own card won't work because he doest have an adult account I'm guessing? how can i fix this? i need to have him on life360....we have family sharing and that still doesn't fix it.

What exactly is it asking to be verified?
Are you in the UK?
If you are correctly using Family Sharing, then it should be using your own payment method from your own account for purchases he makes, so it may be asking for you to verify your card, not his.
If it's asking him to verify he is an adult and he's not, then he cannot verify this and by UK government mandate accounts that are not verified cannot download apps marked as 18+.

Life360 is marked as 4+, so should be downloadable by him, unless you have other restrictions in place under Screentime.

Hi Phil thank you for your reply, we have set up family sharing and all the settings seem correct, and my card is linked. But he can’t download any apps at all, it says payment cannot be completed and the only thing that’s happened since is the update where you have to verify your age (he’s not an adult so he can’t) so I change his age to his real age on his Apple ID and all the other family sharing stuff works and I can set downtime etc but can’t download apps ? His card is on there as he can use his Apple Pay, my card is on family sharing but everytime says payment cannot be completed (even on free apps) I’m so confused by it all
