Hi, I bought an iPad and received a 3-month Apple TV+ offer.
Unfortunately I forgot to redeem it before May 2.
Would it be possible to reactivate the offer or make an exception?

This is a user to user forum, you are not addressing Apple here. As users, we cannot say whether that would be possible, you would need to contact Apple Support directly and ask them, but it's doubtful they'd do it. The time limit is there for a reason and Apple is not known to grant exceptions.
