How to get a manual review for denied refund of accidental in-app purchases by a child on iPad?

I need urgent help regarding accidental in-app purchases made by my 6-year-old child in Roblox on an iPad linked to my Apple ID. There were around 13 repeated purchases totaling approximately EGP 17,000. I did not intentionally authorize these charges. I already secured the account, changed the password, and removed payment access. My refund request was denied, and I need a manual review please
