Why are you messing around in your User > Library folder...?
If you're Mac mini is low on Storage Space, you can move your Photos and/or Music Libraries to an external drive.
see > Free up storage space on Mac - Apple Support
You should not go willy-nilly deleting things from your User Library.
Besides making a mess, most of those files are only a few KB or MB and will not save you any noticeable space.

Why? Don't mess around with things you don't understand.
Don't remove anything in your Users's Library. Period.
