"iPhone 15 has no SIM or network after iOS 26.5 update: No sim/ no network issue after updating my IPhone 15, 128gb variant with IOS version 26.5."

Troubleshooting "No SIM" No Network After an Update:

So, what's the network you are referring to that has issues? Cellular? OR WiFi?

A. Overview this Site: If you See 'invalid SIM' or 'no SIM' on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

B. Check for Carrier Updates: Manually Update Carrier Settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

C. Whom to Contact: Contact your Carrier, as they are the one who provide you with the service of configuring your SIM Card.

D. Report this to Apple...

So, do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue.  Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of you occurrences, if you don't report it to them.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: that this all began after installing an update. Include the URL of this thread.
  4. Proceed from there as necessary

To Whomsoever It May Concern,

My iPhone 15 (128GB) suddenly developed a “No SIM / No Service” issue after updating to iOS 26.5, despite the device being in good condition with no physical or water damage.

The phone still shows IMEI numbers, modem firmware, and “No SIM Restrictions,” and it briefly detects the SIM/network before losing connection.

Apple support has advised a full logic board replacement costing approximately ₹45,000, which I find unreasonable for a premium device that failed during normal usage following a software update.

I request Apple to reconsider my case for a goodwill repair, subsidized repair, or alternative resolution.
