iCloud not syncing with Outlook, requesting iCloud email

I am setting up my new Dell laptop and Outlook (office 365). iCloud isn't syncing my imap email account, calendars, etc., ******@verizon.net which is using imap.aol.com and smpt.aol.com

On my older computer, when I open outlook, there is a folder "iCloud". now it keeps asking for a iClould email which I never had to do before.

Please help.
