My MacBook Air with macOS Sonoma version 14.4.1 keeps dropping my wifi connection multiple times per hour. I have rest my router and it does nothing to improve. Any help is appreciated.

First, I'd try updating to the last Sonoma version, 14.8.7 (that is, assuming you can't or won't upgrade to a newer OS).
Second, what exactly happens, i.e., what does "dropping connection" mean - is it that it can't find the Wifi network, or is it connected to Wifi but cannot reach websites or other online connections?
Do you have any of: vpn, cleaners, antivirus? These are all known to cause trouble, and for no benefit.
