Autocorrect/Voice Transcription: Stop proper noun bias?

I notice that Apple autocorrect and voice transcription favor proper nouns. So if I say, “good will,” it assumes, I mean the store (one word, capitalized) and not the two word phrase, “good will.” Similarly, if I have people in my contacts whose names happen to match common English words, then when I say that word or type it, it will be auto-corrected to the proper noun (ie capitalized). Is there a way to turn this off?
