Disabled Media & Purchases account prevents app updates
Hello, I cannot download or update any apps on my iPhone or Mac.
The App Store shows this message:
“Your Media & Purchases account has been disabled.”
I already tried following the Apple Support articles, but the website only redirects me from one documentation page to another and I cannot find a chat, call, or form to request reactivation.
Please help me reactivate my Media & Purchases account. I need to know if the issue is related to billing, payment method, security, refunds, or a pending verification.
