Mac connected to wifi but cannot access internet.

Try using any other browser besides Chrome... if you have no issues there, it would seem to point to Chrome.

For your third party app—if in doubt search the developers website or contact their: Support/Help/FAQ/Known issues/compatibility...

you can try renewing the DHCP Lease

you can try changing DNS servers.. if in doubt use the search field in >System Settings

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus

all known to cause issues on the macOS

Check for Wi-Fi router firmware updates and app.y the most recent available.

Restart the Wi-Fi router, and check again.

If the Mac is portable, try testing again on a different Wi-Fi network.
