How do I permanently disable Scribble window that floats up and occupies lower half of screen in Pages on iPad?

To permanently turn off the floating Scribble window or mini-keyboard in Pages on your iPad, go to Settings> Apple Pencil and toggle Scribble to OFF. If the floating interface remains stuck, perform a quick force-restart of your iPad to clear the system cache.
