Syncing Music playlists from iPhone to MacBook Pro

Hi,

I bought a MacBook Pro in 2024 and a new iPhone in 2024 same year, days apart. I would like to sync my iPhone Music library to my Mac.

Meaning, how do I get my playlists from my iPhone to my Mac? I've tried going into settings on both devices and there's no indication to sync from the iPhone to the Mac. I tried plugging in my iPhone to sync, but it's to download my MacBook playlist onto my phone. I want the reverse. How do I sync from my iPhone to my Mac?

I am signed into my Apple account on both devices. Thank you!
