Xserve 3,1 RAID 5 disks offline and RAID Set missing

xserve 3,1 with raid card

This morning i decided to stop my server and clean it.

At the reboot the 3 disks included in a raid 5 looked like offline

starting with an external disk and lunching Apple Raid Card utility, I can see the 3 disks BUT the Raid Set is missing.

battery “could” be old and not so charged.

Any tip for this situation?
