Cannot access apple id or recover

Here Is a Situation i Have Trusted Device

I can Use it but cannot trade in or give away

• I've forgoten my apple id password but its signed in to device
• I Cannot reset password Where I've not recived reset link via mail or sms
• tried account recovery yet no solutions
• since i cannot signout or factory reset my device due to password being forgotten or could not be reset
• requested activation lock removal Status being approved but no furthere instruction or still stuck where its locked and
• activation lock 28 digit pin was also not backed-up

Any solution or any kind of support that would help me get this out of mess
