Cannot see the menu bar on Mac mini when using a TV monitor
I just bought mini Mac and using tv monitor and cannot figure out how to see the top bar that has apple logo upper left and time/date on other side with stuff in between

What make, model and size is the TV...?
Refer to the TV's User Guide:
Basically use the TV's Menu > Picture or Display and change the TV's Aspect Ratio or Resolution.
Then once you can see the Mac mini's Menu Bar:
Go to Apple > System Settings... > Displays and fine tune.

Your TV is over scanning (slightly zoomed in).
