Apple student subscription invalid after verification

I have been using my university email for the Apple students subscription and all of a sudden when I tried to verify my university email, it showed that the subscription is not valid and it will expire on 1st of June. 

I seek your support to help me with this matter as i am using the subscription for over a year now and my account is valid in Unidays.
