Will MS 365 Personal run on a Mac, including VBA?

I am getting rather tired of navigating security issues on my PC, and while I know that it will probably be as bad with Apple, I am considering replacing my PC with a Mac. I use an iPhone and an iPad so at least they might all cooperate.

My main use for a computer today is managing my bank accounts, insurance, and finances generally, which entails using Excel (quite a lot and relying on formulas and VBA code), Word and Outlook - I have a yearly subscription to MS 365 Personal.

Yes.

365 Personal will work on a Mac.

VBA Code will, but it would require a Windows 11 Virtual Machine (Parallels or VMWare Fusion) on a Silicon Mac, or Boot Camp

I've got a few Excel files which run VBA. When I ditched Excel and started using LibreOffice the macros worked fine. Note also that VBA is on its way out in MS products. It will be a long time until they ditch it completely because half the companies in the world run on it, most of them without realizing it, but VBA is probably in maintenance mode now.
