Issue with duplicating formulae in cells when using Numbers

I am trying to copying formulae in a row of cells by pressing the "enter" button and adding a new row of cells. The new row indicates that only some of the formulae was copied while other formulae was not. Does anyone know how to correct this? Here is a screenshot of what is happening:
