NETserver" app prompts for data access after reboot

After rebooting the computer, I'm getting this error message:

“NETserver” would like to access data from other apps.

Keeping app data separate makes it easier to manage your privacy and security.

From google search

The "NETserver" app (associated with Brother printer and scanner software) requires enhanced permissions to communicate with your system and other applications. You can permanently stop this annoying pop-up by either granting the app Full Disk Access or by safely deleting the outdated server utilities.
