Apple TV+ app on LG TV buffers after partial playback

The Apple TV + app on my LG Smart TV keeps playing a partial episode and then buffers and says to “check internet connection”. I’ve reset my internet, and it will still do this.

I’ve reset the app, and it will still do this, I’ve checked to ensure my LG TV has installed all updates, and it has. The app works fine on my phone, so idk if it’s an issue with the app on my TV.

I did the Apple TV+ video troubleshooting in the app on my TV and it says it’s connected to the internet, it’s good for playback, but then stalls out when checking the streaming setting.
